Very helpful and would rather give advice on best van for job instead of just letting people buy what is no good to them.

For anyone looking to buy a van, do not hesitate to purchase from A38 van sales. What a marvellous team. Helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They actually know what vehicles they have without looking it up on the computer. I purchased a lovely Peugeot expert which when I collected it was probably cleaner than it was when new. We had an exceptional experience with a Transit Custom purchase in June 2023. We saw the add on eBay and then contacted Luke via message to enquire about the van that we wanted to purchase as a day camper. I drove to Bristol from the New Forest and was greeted by the van on the forecourt ready to test drive with a cup of tea. Not having bought a van before I had done some research on what I should look for and the most important thing on a van with 170k seemed to be the wet belt. Luke had a full service history available and yet nothing was confirming if this had been done. He got on the phone to each Ford dealer in the area to see if they had it on their systems. In the end we agreed that he would use his systems and discounts to undertake the work and charge me cost price plus VAT. The van was ready 5 days later and was filled with a quarter of a tank to get me home which was a very nice touch. We made the transaction on the debit card and Luke did the DVLA paperwork we had a tea and shook hands. Luke provided 3 months warranty over 3000 miles and I drove home. We now have a lovely van and the experience was good old fashioned family service that we don’t get to see very often these days. Thank you !

One very happy customer here...I'd been on the look out for a decent van for a long time now and this family run van centre went above and beyond to deliver exactly what I was looking for.They have a great selection of used and new vans which are all in really good condition, so choosing the right motor was made easy. They gave me all the necessary information and paper work to back up the vehicles history, taxed, transferred ownership and valeted the van to make it look brand new again. Bought a crew van for our growing family.. from the get go the customer service was brilliant..Les and his team is genuinely nice people, not at all pushing a sale, gave us lots of time and allowed us to test drive...Very upfront and honest about our purchase....When collecting the vehicle, they had completely valeted the vehicle replacing all the wood in the storage bit of the van. Delighted with their presentation, clearly took the time with everything to ensure we were happy. It sparkled..We were thrilled.Also, When collecting our vehicle, they Completed the necessary paperwork for car tax.. they even offered us £10 as the fuel was low in the van... could not fault the service.As said earlier, genuine nice people, not at all pushy sales people.
