They were ok when the kids finally got on them but was very confused why with only a couple of people in front of them they still had to wait half hour to get on. By the time they got on there was a massive que so felt very sorry for the rest of the people waiting

Former Retail Leisure employer of Butlins minehead, ever since working here I have sustained an injury in my left leg because of the very poor health and safety conditions of forcing to use your legs to push a barrier.The winner has ever given me any compensation since, his suggestion was work on the trampolines, That's the stupidity and mentality of managers and bosses of these places, take it from me you get treated like a number here, not a person. :(
