Asked if I could be helped by a lady before even stepping in the shop, but asked in such a way that I wouldnt deem polite. Then asked if I had a mask, again before I could step into the shop. I’m sure the shop is good, but the manner in which you welcome people could be improved. I felt I was perhaps met with prejudice?

Very friendly and knowledgable service - above and beyond. I needed a couple of small jobs doing on my bike at short notice as I was visiting Sherborne for a couple of days. Darren ended up going out of his way to help me, taking time and effort to identify an underlying problem with my front mech which will save me a whole load of problems in the future. He even took the time to share his knowledge as he was doing the work and only begrudgingly accepted payment for his time. If only more bike shops were like this! I'm looking forward to my next visit already.

Mike is a true professional and utterly wonderful. He takes his work very seriously - He is like a Navy electrical engineer, there is no job too complex. Very impressive bike knowledge. Always reliable and friendly. Goes the extra mile. Passionate about bikes. Best bike shop I've been to.Mike and his team have been looking after whole family for nearly 5 years. Never let us down. We have the kids bikes, my missus' and my hybrid and electric trike - as well as a rich assortment of kit.

What a place!! Every time I come to this shop I am greeted by outstanding customer service that you can't beat. Prices are very cheap for all the amazing products they offer. Totally recommend it if you are looking for a bike shop in the south west! Thank you

Incredibly helpful. I had a breakdown on a cycling trip and was lucky enough to come across this place. Mike doesn't like leaving cyclists stranded - he very kindly repaired the bike on the spot and I was good to go. Weekend saved! Thanks for an amazing service.

Managed to see one of their posters on the road, they did quick seat adjustment on my bike. Staff very pleasant and gave some good tips and advice. Highly recommend this place.

The service was top class. The mechanic was clearly very busy but that didn't stop him from giving me his total attention and expert advice. I was also able to hire a bike at an extremely reasonable price to tide me over. Very friendly staff, I would recommend this shop to everyone

Excellent service. We were really impressed by the knowledgeable information when looking at an electric bike. My partner was so impressed that she now owns one, having a great deal was a big factor in the sale but the service she received made it very special.

I was in need of a new bike - I thought a hybrid would suit, & had my Specialized Roubaix to trade in. A quick session with Mike, describing the sort of biking I was looking to do, led him to recommend a Mountain bike. He was right as exploring the many tracks around us in Somerset has already proved loads of fun, and my new Riddick RD529 is just fantastic & with wider tyres, I am enjoying cycling again be it on roads or tracks. I had been to several other bike stores who would not do trade-ins. Immaculate service. Great advice.
