Good 'farmers' shop with large selection of safety footwear and 'horsey' bits, along with animal feed. Also has selection of pet & hardware items. Surprising stocks air rifle pellets at good price.

I was impressed with the good humoured and courteous attitude afforded by the staff yesterday afternoon from phone call to sale. Purchased a heavy 20 litre container of hypochlorite (collected Tuesday 16.05.23, around 3pm) which was placed in my car by a young man - which I am not(!) - who kindly carried it full-length of the warehouse to my parked vehicle. Great - looking forward to doing more business with MVF! Please pass on my thanks; a bit of old-fashioned service made my day.

Went here on Monday to buy bib and brace for my daughter. Sadly they didn't have stock. I'm sure if I would have been anywhere else that would have been the end of it. No the lovely lady on the counter checked all stores and no stock anywhere. She didn't stop there she then phoned another farm supplies company in Devon and managed to find some for me 45min away. What amazing service and got me out of a hole. Please express my thanks she was amazing I think her name was Jill
