Very handy for our 3 pets. Staff are good and generally easy to get appointments and repeat medications.

The staff were extremely helpful in person and over the phone. I write this during the covid-19 pandemic and they made me feel very safe bringing our cat in. The staff were also very understanding of our position as temporary cat owners and the lack of previous information that we have about her and her health. They were very reassuring.

I have only been twice and wouldn't normally leave a review in such circumstances but I have been so agreeably impressed by the warmth and efficiency of this practice I feel I can easily recommend it. Alastair took time to explain things to me on my first visit and took great care of my cat. Mary on my second visit was everything that was efficient and helpful. All the other staff I have seen have been warm and caring as well as efficient. These visits have given me great confidence to trust my animals to this practice.

I've been a client of this practice since first getting pets and have never had cause to go elsewhere. Head vet Alistair Taylor is fantastic with any animal and his enthusiasm and compassion is very clear. The staff have always been wonderful and they have never failed my pets.I recently moved further away but will make the nearly hour long trip so my pets can continue to receive the best possible care.

Staff are friendly, patient and professional. I have an extremely nervous rescue dog. I never need to worry about her care. Staff will allow time for my dog to settle and nothing is ever too much trouble for them.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

I will not settle for less than best for my two cavapoo babies and Pentland Vets are best of the bests. I can’t thank them enough for the care they provide to my babies. Never met vets before who are so passionate, caring and knowledgeable and most importantly willing to go an extra mile to take the client’s experience to the next level. The reception at the clinic is well managed and there is always a pleasant and accommodating voice on the other end of the phone to help me through the frantically sick worried pet mother moments. I would highly recommend joining their health plan as it is the money well spend to put my mind at ease. My boys get regular health checks as well as help keep me on top of things by sending regular reminders when their meds or health or vaccinations are due. Thank you so so much everyone at Pentland for all the help and support you have provided over the years to my babies and making me one happy pet mother.

I just want to say that I am so grateful for everyone that works here, it's a fantastic experience dealing with everyone. They're never short of advice, care and brilliant customer service. I'm a first time dog owner with a very young puppy and they've not left me in the dark when I've needed it and I'm very grateful for that!

My family and new puppy had a great first experience with Rosie and the team on Saturday 6th. They were knowledgable, friendly and put us all at ease. Our 6 year old son came with us and his questions were all welcomed too. Would highly recommend if anyone is looking for a stress free vets visit to give them a go to really set the tone for your puppy going forward!
