Ordered some brake pads at 8pm then had a bit of a panic thinking I'd ordered the wrong ones.....emailed them and they responded straight away! At 8pm! Sent them some pics of my existing pads and they confirmed I'd ordered the correct ones.... Fantastic customer service and super quick delivery on previous orders

I went for the Enduro Pro versions of the Shimano GRX Hydraulic Disc Brake Pads BR-RX400 BR-RX810 L03A L02A for my Vitus gravel bike and they are absolutely mint!! I've burnt through loads of brake pads in the past as I tend to throw my bike down places I really need a MTB for, but these pads have been amazing. I'd highly recommend!

If you are looking for brake pads for your mountain bike look no further than here. Excellent quality products and GREAT VALUE. Also a very fast postal service. I dealt with someone called Lee in Customer Service and he was absolutely superb. I am now a lifetime customer will be using Gorilla brakes for ALL of my future purchases.

My partner has been using the Enduro Pro Resin pads on his Ultegra Di2 equipped bike. He found the pads to be great and managed to get 8000miles out of them.

Excellent on many levels. Firstly great pads, i have them for a road bike in Ultegra Disc Calipers - using their Endro Pro Ultimate pads. Great stopping power. Secondly - fantastic customer service. Very helpful in choosing the right pads and how to prepare discs for new pads. all from a phone call, so helpful. Thirdly very prompt postage. Finally a very acceptable and competitve proice too. Genuinely the best customer service I've had recently that backs up a brilliant product. UK company too - whats not to love. Thoroughly recomend.

After trying Gorilla Brakes once I won't use any other brand they are miles ahead of anyone else, I'm a big fan of the enduro ceramic pads.The stopping power is phenomenal, work just as well in the wet and stay silent and they last so much longer than the standard Shimano pads.

I can't rate this company highly enough. Great product and excellent customer service. Lee Hine the manager has been a total star offering loads of maintenance advice and even swapping out a set of unused pads for me when my SRAM brakes were faulty and I replaced them with Magura. I won't use any other brake pads from now on.

I've been MTB riding for quite a few years. Gorilla Brake pads for me surpass what Shimano and Sram churn out.Serious bite to the brake disc, no fade out, great firm feel on the brake lever. Speak to Lee who knows his stuff regarding the best options. Proper British innovation with these boys.
