Bought one of the Electricast vintage electric radiators of the guys- and nothing was too much trouble. Andrea helped advise me on the unit I'd need for the size of the room and both her and Shane were great to deal with- went out of their way to help. Nothing was too much trouble. On top of that the electric radiator is definitely best in class in terms of vintage style electric radiator alternatives- nothing else came near to it in terms of functionality. Would highly recommend.

We purchased a radiator from a couple of months ago for our garden office. After a few months of winter use, I can't begin to say how pleased we are. We had been debating how to heat the garden room throughout its design and then we met your team on the stand at the self build show. We loved the design, but were a little concerned that the running costs seemed a little too good to be true. But we thought we would give it a try and worst case scenario could buy a second radiator if needed. Well, the one radiator sits at 35 degrees and the office is such a pleasant temperature.We love how the radiator looks, the efficiency and the performance. They are really such awesome products.

When restoring a C18th cottage we considered several solutions as to how to heat our cottage, the previous system was an open fire! We came across Electricast in a magazine whilst at the Dentist (pre COVID day) and rang them up. They were incredibly helpful, we went up to the showroom, discussed various options and then emailed them with further queries. Then all went quiet for several months whilst the world went quiet. On return to normality we got back in touch and they remembered us. We had another visit to the showroom and placed our order after discussing the best configuration of radiators. They were duly delivered and we are delighted with how they look, how they perform etc and the customer service is second to none. Everyone who visits the cottage comments on how good they look and how warm the rooms are. You can see the radiators on Restoration Rescue, episode 3, on BBC player. They are perfect for what we wanted and are so pleased that we spotted the advert because otherwise we might not have found such a wonderful local company. If we can even afford to restore the old byre we would use Electricast with a moment's hesitation.

I wanted to find a sustainable, eco-friendly, non-gas alternative to heating a very old Grade II listed building which had never had central heating.I was recommended Electricast radiators as an attractive, efficient and low-cost, easy-to-use alternative to a central heating system. I bought nine radiators - one for each room. These radiators are fantastic - installed in small corners in each room they emit considerable heat, make the house snug and are easy to control and to set room temperatures. In addition this small family-run company have given me the most exceptional service - advising on placement in the room and on heat output, and then delivering quickly with Andrea at the end of the phone to advise on each stage of the delivery and installation process. Superb. I have been renovating this old house for a year but Electricast have been by far the most pleasureable and helpful people I have dealt with. Ten stars if ten stars existed!

So delighted with my radiator, it is beautiful and works so well. The customer service was amazing always available to advise, I debated the colour for a few and it came out stunning. Would highly recommend.

Bought one of these Radiators from Shane using it to heat our conservatory which normally at this time of year is a tough task, Not anymore, great job and it looks great. Thanks Guys
