Purchased a car in September. Speedy delivery to my home. Fantastic customer service and especially the aftercare service I have received since purchasing the car. Would not hesitate to buy another car from them.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Bought a Toyota Yaris off FC Motors in may, by the time I had travelled 50 home an engine light had came on, came back up to Andy 2 days later for him to look at it, put it on the computer and told me a sensor had gone on the exhaust & turned it off. By the time I had reached Belfast the light was back on.Took the car to a mechanic who had told me it needed a whole new catalytic converter costing the guts of £500.When my dad had rang Andy to explain the problem he stated that he doesn't give warranty.The car at this point was overheating within travelling 1 mile.Due to no warranty and work I had to continue to drive the car while saving up to fix the damage.After the car overheating completely, nearly catching fire and destroying the HG, I rang Andy to see where I stood with the it considering the problem had been on going from I had bought the car.He stated 'I don't cover cars warranty when its £1000 as its not worth the hassle, they're second hand cars they might not last round the corner'In future I will definitely be reading Google and Facebook reviews as it seems this has happened a few times.

Purchased a vehicle 8 months ago. Arranged with salesman to collect vehicle after leaving deposit, when arrived to collect at a time agreed with him the place was closed. Not a great start. Why arrange when you know your going to be closed??? 8 months on and turbo has failed, glow plugs failed, headlight leveling sensor failed. Left with a £1500 bill on a car that apparently got fully checked over and in there words a well looked after car!! Not great on a car that was purchased for over £6000 less than 8 months ago from them.

Bought an Astra a few weeks back. 2 slow punctures in the back wheels. The 2 keys I got snapped in the ignition. Had some severe rattling underneath and found out the exhaust wasnt attached properly. Definitely wouldn't recommend buying a car from this place unless you can give it a proper check over before you buy.

Bought a car from these people, it was advertised with a full radio, the radio didn't work, went back at least 5 times in person to get it sorted, kept brushing me off, I gave them ever opportunity to fix it and they never did. I was also promised a spare key, they got one cut and it doesn't work, they didn't do anything about it. On top of that I literally had nothing but problems with the car since I bought it, so disappointed, it was my first car.

A good selection of cars on offer and good service. They stayed after closing as we could not get there in working hours. They even offered to pick us up from the nearby station when we went to collect the car. Check them out. Recommended.

Bought a vauxhall meriva a few weeks back and I'm delighted with the service so far. It was the easiest car purchase ever. When I said I needed a bigger car, as my Dad had started using a wheelchair, and I was interested in the meriva, Andy insisted I bring it up to ensure it would fit. No trying to sell me a bigger car (which I experienced elsewhere). The check engine light came on after a couple of days and it was no issue getting it sorted. Quick call to Andy, new sensors ordered job done. I'll definitely be back in the future (if only to see Simba!)

Some very well priced cars pleasant staff

Was pretty straight forward having seen a car I liked on gumtree, was a bit of a distance away from where I live and could easily find following the directions friendly service. Thanks again.
