I visited Vets for Pets on the first floor. This was the first time I had been with my cat, there's a lift which is very handy. The staff are so welcoming and put you at ease immediately, it can be a bit stressful taking your furry friends to the vet. The service was amazing and very well priced. I will not be going back to my old vets because Vets for Pets had it all and far cheaper.

Amazing place had everything we needed ,we bought a Russian hanster he's lovely we bought the cage and food and had everything very kind people and the staff were great will be traveling to Widnes instead of speke where we live from now on as speke had no pets available as having a refit !

Took my beloved dog yesterday who had to be sadly pts the staff were amazing it was very dignified the staff made such a fuss of her and made her final moments very comforting

My dog since being here has had severe anxiety after a horrible experience for her. We used to regularly bring our dog here however the last time she was muzzled without consent for apparently being aggressive but never had any complaints before. They also dry the dogs in crates which irritates anxious dogs anyway. Will not be coming back here

Recently purchased 2 dwarf hamsters from here. Very knowledgeable staff, who were friendly and polite. Follow up call the following week to check how the hamster were getting on in their new home.

We visited Vets at Home within the Pets at Home store in Widnes, with our kitten, for the first time.Staff were lovely & fell in love with Eddie the kitten at 1st sight. The vet was brilliant, as was Eddie. She was so efficient that our kitten didn't flinch as his injections were done.Located on the 1st floor but easily accessible by stairs or lift. Area was very clean, seating for 8, which served both the vets & the grooming parlour. It has 3 consultation rooms.On our visit, there were 4 very well-behaved dogs strolling around behind reception, which belonged to staff members.

Needed a new dog bed but the selection here was quite limited. Not sure if they were waiting for new stock at the time as the shelves were a little bare in that section. Otherwise great selection of items for all pets. Loved the adoption/ rehoming section.
