such kind baristas!! I asked for a free cake pop for my birthday but since i didn’t have the starbucks rewards i couldn’t get it. Instead he gave me a free drink from his pocket! Special thanks to Sai for making my day!

Every single table dirty I said to staff on duty the place is so dirty and received a response we have been so busy" yet four staff on duty one member should be constantly clearing and cleaning. Toilet was also out of order. Coffee was nice though despite the grotty environment."

Wow! Ended up working in here for a full day. Apparently they’d only just opened, the store was really nicely fitted out and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Will certainly return on future work visits.

Everything is so nice,their customer service is excellent ,they make an amazing cappuccino but the Ham and Cheese croissant are very dry from three four weeks now,I ordered today and it was smelling so bad.

Staff are very prompt at serving. The conveyor belt system is very quick and organised. 1 person taking orders and payments whilst the other person is making the drinks. Very light, airy and spacious but as this is a new store its going to be new and up do date, so no complaints as of yet. And of course i can 100% recommend the caramel cream frappuccino. An absolute sweet tooth overload which hits the spot just nicely

My place for a chai latte ad they use a syrup if you find it too sweet as for a shot of espresso small and medium is one shot and large is two shots. Simon in Green Park branch is a lovely chap

This has got to be the most laid back Starbuck's I've ever been to. Service is very slow - the staff have no sense 8f urgency at all. They've got used to the branch being quiet and therefore are in no rush to complete orders. Waited over 5mibs for a latte! In today's world of super quick service everywhere, it seems unusual.Anyway, as with other Starbuck's, coffee's and cakes are all the same, wherever you go. Just wish the service was quicker, like other branches!
