Excellent, individualised personal training. Not one size fits all. Has helped with back pain (gone), knee pain (gone), now working on strength and weight control.

Dave is a superb personal trainer, he is supportive but pushes me to work hard during each session. The sessions are all individually designed for me and my goals and he is constantly mixing things up so I never get bored! He is knowledgable in all aspects of fitness and nutrition so it’s all taken care of.Before I started training with Dave I was stuck in rut, I hated exercising and dreaded going to the gym. Now I look forward to it and can’t imagine training any other way.
