Never gives dips with your food that includes a dip. When you ask is the dip in the bag they say yes and it isn’t !! Salt is like gold dust.

The staff here were the best iv seen at a mcdonalds curious helpful and table service was true table service with a smile , more than can be said for the disastrous sister restaurants in derry , staff are so much more helpful and cheerful and get the orders correct, having had so many unhappy visits to their derry partners this was a refreshing change so much so I felt the need to write this review . Pls keep up the great service and smiles folks not easy I know but a great service to see 1st thing on a Saturday morning

I like going here as it is handy to where i work. Staff friendly and the food is good. My only problem is the drive thru seem to have priority over the inside customers. When the drive thru is busy and you want to sit in, you will need patience, a lot of it.

My daughter ordered 6 nugets but when she opened it they only gave her 5 but charged for the 6 we were too far away by that time to go back

Have been in mc Donald’s all over the world and this visit to Strabane has been the worst experience ever, hard to believe the 2nd worst was the last time I was in here… would need a good shake up of staff, can not cook, last time Chips under cooked this time over cooked.. staff done seem to care! Never seen a wrong order coming in before and seen 3 this time…Very poor quality mc Donald’s!!

Sara was great, managing orders for lots of children from a youth group and the leaders. We were very impressed with how you guys handled yourselves. Food was great service was above and beyond. Thanks.

Fresh, clean, bright branch of Mc Donalds close to retail park in Strabane just over the border from Lifford in County Donegal. Toilets were clean. Shop was quiet when we were there.
