Nervous after Otter Windows taken over by Brittania but in the end the service we got was Otter Windows, the firm we like and is very ably managed from the tiny Honiton office. Window fitter was under strict instructions to get the installation to the standard now required to match an expensive kitchen installation and the result turned out to be done in a friendly helpful manner with a perfect result, thank you.

A no nonsense approach, didn't get all the spill talk about discounts and offers on at the moment. Just a really good quote given at the time. No waste of time phone calls, was given the lead time of 12 weeks which suited us perfectly. Easy to pay the instalments on my phone. The day of installation was very efficient which was done by Sid.

Friendly and not pushy. Provided what I wanted. Price in line with other quotes. Lead time was the deciding factor. Again timescales were on a par or better than some competitors as bespoke products clearly need a lead time from order to survey to manufacture and then install. Otter met the expectation set.

A lovely job done fitting my patio doors . Would of been nice if they had kept in touch a bit more during the 12 weeks we had too wait I had too keep ringing them often with no one answering. But worth the wait fitter did a good job with no mess.
