Deliver Plus

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. A FRONT FOR PARCEL HERO WHO YOU CANNOT CONTACT. I PAID £27 FOR A PARCEL, GOT £17 FEES ONTOP AND THEN IT WASNT DELIVERED SO ANTHER £27 TO HAVE THE ITEM RETURNED, TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. PAY A LITTLE EXTRA AND USE ROYAL MAIL

I was really suprised to see Deliver Plus only scoring 1.9 stars from 8 reviews. We use these guys through our company.We have a business account and get same day collection and next day delivery for less than £15, upto 20kg. and pay by invoice. We used to use DHL (which I understand is an acronym of Drop-it, Hide-it, Lose-it) Moved to ParcelForce and then swiched to Deliver Plus around 2015. Excluding the current COVID-19 period, we send, on average, 3 or 4 parcels per week. Yeah sure, occasionally a parcel gets damaged, that is just par for the course with all couriers. The rate of damaged/lost parcels is perhaps 1 parcel per year.I don't know why our level of service appears to differ from other Users experiences, other than us having a Business Account. It looks like most of the Reviews on here were for ad-hoc/one-off delivery services. I don't know why that would make any differece though......Anyways, we like these guys and if someone wanted me to recommend a Business Courier, it would be Deliver Plus.

Parclehero, parce2go and more - All Terrible & Uncontactable. They think they can broker a shipping arrangement and then do nothing to sort out problems when they arise. When cornered they offer flow diagram like responses rather than actually reading and understanding problems before working to solve them.

SCAM - AVOID at all costs.They have 3 fake business, parcelcompare, parcel2go and deliver plus.All will enter you into a pre paid agreement when you book their service.What this means is that they can access your bank account at will and take money without your consent or authorization.They will not mention this to you when booking.a clear scam, there is no contact number or anyway of getting in touch.they all use the same fake address.Should not be in business much longer as they are being investigated for fraud.

I paid for next day delivery. The driver did NOT even attempt to deliver and then they send a message pretending they missed me. I've been in all day waiting for the delivery. No attempt was made to deliver. I contact DPD they point a finger to Deliver Plus. I contact Deliver Plus, and Shiraz points the finger at DPD! Then he terminates the call. Rude!!! Unprofessional! Avoid!!!

I have never been spoken to in such a unprofessional way in all my life.Never have I had to raise my voice to try and get my point across, as the rudest woman I've ever had the dismay of dealing with, dismisses everything I say and talks right over me.She truly should be fired, and as I look through other reviews it appears I'm not the only one. I'm convinced its the same woman with atrocious people skills also dealing with other people in the same manner. Unless its company policy to treat everyone with the upmost contempt.

I believed this company to be a scam due to reading the reviews and already sending off my package. Although I did not buy directly through this company I bought international shipping for a package to New York through Parcel Hero instead. It did go through Deliver Plus to get to the end destination and got there within a week. I called Parcel Hero after reading these reviews of it being a scam and I was very frantic but my mind was put at ease after speaking to Parcel Hero’s customer service (the customer service number for deliver plus doesn’t work). If you buy through a third party and it goes through this company, it is probably best to call their customer service line instead. Thank you for delivering quickly.

The customer service which via email full of liars ..I asked them to arrange a delivery of a small parcel to denmark and it never made it there .. they said it got sent back to uk .. said paper work was wrong which it was not I have sent othe stuff and they said OK we will send again .. 5 months this parcel situation on going and its still not made it to denmark .. they can not find the parcel they blaming DPD .. I have said forget the parcel not wanting excuses give me a full refund of postage and value of the items which were inside the parcel back ... they not responding ... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

When you see the rates the company offers you may be tempted to go with their services however if you value the integrity of your items i wouldn't recommend it. I sent a cuboidal package and a sphere was delivered. my items were taped to the outside because the package was literally torn a new one. I thought i was ok at this point as i had bought the additional cover for my parcel which was less useful than the fragile sign on my box as no refund was offered. maybe they expected my package to be lined with titanium. I hope the orang-utans in handing had a good game of rugby with my parcel. 1/10 stars only because the delivery driver offered me a donut (I don't mean my parcel).
