Ravat & Ray Dental Care

Visited clinic yesterday with my two children, one who has a disability. 5 staff behind reception desk and not one attended to acknowledge us. 4 of the 5 staff chatted loudly amongst themselves laughing and joking. My little boy meanwhile getting very upset, no suggestions given to improve waiting time etc. Waited for 15 minutes to be seen (front in queue) before being greeted abruptly. When appointment finished I was asked to book a follow up appointment and the same thing happened. Didn’t bother making one. Reception staff very cold, unapproachable and little idea about customer service. Very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone.

Been left without my top teeth for over 6 weeks and still they keep cancelling my appointment for my denture fitting. Been with this practice for decades but since the dentist I had seen regularly has moved on they have gone terrible

Year and half broken front tooth,lost count of appointments, one appointment Thursday last year not a lot I can do really

Seems to be a practice more focused on private treatment / cosmetics than actual NHS treatment. Dentist told me I had tooth decay, messed up my filling then messed up my root canal resulting in the tooth having to be extracted. Would think again before deciding on treatment here. Cost me a tooth

Do not bother. Seriously. I was in a lot of pain, had a hole in my tooth that obviously needed filling but no, just recommended mouth wash and antibiotics. What an absolute joke.

Appalling. I was a patient of this dentist group at the Salford Clinic and the decision made to close the practice and strike EVERY one of the NHS patients off WITHOUT telling ANY of us. Now we have no dental care!... I only found out by physically going to the practice to find out why they wouldn't answer the phone or reply to my emails! Very very bad service from this group. I am extremely unhappy. Any decent practice would notify their clients in advance or try to arrange alternative care with another practice. Disgraceful!

Constantly cancelling appointments and rude receptionists.Had to ask the dentist to put fluoride on my 9yr old as she wasnt going too and she's classed as high risk as she has no enamel on some of her teeth, it's supposed to be put on every time until shes 16. She hadn't seen the dentist for well over a yr due to all the cancelled appointments too so was well overdue it.

Went for a simple filing at back of bottom front teeth. She put too much filler stuff in and had to spend 15 minutes getting rid of the excess. By the time she’d finished I was left with a new gap in my tooth. Emailed to complain, got response few weeks later saying to call to book an appointment. Also, got one of top front teeth replaced. It’s miles too small and gave me the excuse it needed to be smaller to fit in! Useless

Constantly cancelling appointments at the last min but still charging me monthly for a subscription. This used to be a good dentist now I'm just wasting money for cancelled appointments.
