I used Sam's many years ago for carpets for 6 rooms. Great quality carpets and fitted by professional fitter. Sam and his son offered great service then. In those days I would have rated 5 stars.BUT ... Nowadays, it's seems standards have dropped as more customers complain. Fitting standards dropped. Carpet range is not great for quality and value anymore. My latest experience during pandemic left me disappointed. Will not recommend them.Also, I would recommend that you pay them with UK CREDIT card because you will be protected by the credit card company if any disputes arise. The card company can help force resolve the matter in customer favour if Sans is being awkward. However, using a bank DEBIT card it gives you no protection like using cash.Please note my words as money doesn't grow on trees.

Really helpful and honest staff. They gave me great advice when deciding on a bathroom, very patient too. Good selection of products and competitive prices.

This is the WORST place ever! My mom got a shower tray and enclosure for £700. (What a rip off to begin with!) We had builders out who said we needed a different shower tray as the one we had didn't fit. When my mom went to return the items (3 days after purchase) and buy what we needed, one of the guys (Qaisar/Kaisar or whatever) said he would refund the value with a 25% cut!! He called this handling fees". If Wickes do free delivery and returns who on earth do these lot think they are with their BTEC level overpriced store. Despite several people telling him the 25% cut is just a mockery he was adamant he would not give anything over £525. His customer service was the worst

Amazing place, have tried lots of different carpet shops however once we found this one we now get all our carpets from here. Great customer service in the shop and the carpet fitters are thorough and polite and do a great job! Now friends and family use this shop too on our recommendation.

Highly recommend. Had our whole upstairs done (4 bedroom, stairs & landing) was over £250 cheaper than other companies and better quality carpet! Excellent quality, great fit, brilliant staff! Couldn’t fault the service at all!

Got a toilet, sink basin and a tap from here. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff and most of all great prices.
