Redrow - Parc Elisabeth

Great site manger, really trying there best to make the perfect homes for new family’s! I’m sure as time progresses wildlife will happily return. (Post before mine)

“Parc Elisabeth truly blends the best of past and present.” But they had to cut down the beautiful trees decades old that separated the current housing from the new development to create it. Our privacy invaded and wildlife negatively affected. Many of us in the surrounding area are so very disappointed.

Redrow have failed to follow the plans for a large structure to the rear of plots 74 and 75. I would strongly suggest any new owner do a full survey of the structure which will conclude it is not safe. They have been informed on multiple occasions of the mistake and have put chippings on top to hide the layers underneath. Surely this kind of behaviour just illustrates the kind of company you are potentially purchasing off.
