Went to John for a quote, and once everything was looked at clearly my car was quite obviously totalled. John guided me through the claims process and helped me out massively. One of the most straightforward and best people I’ve come across, cannot thank him more, came in stressed out and left with a smile on my face.

The service provided by John was outstanding. He was very helpful, friendly and handsome. My bumper had a hole and some scratches and at first John agreed to repair it instead of getting a new bumper, however when they tried to repair it the bumper broke and without hesitation John ordered a new bumper for me. He explained it all to me over the phone as I was panicking and he was very calm and collected which helped me not panic. I came to collect my car and bring it back when the part arrives. I brought my car back when the part came and it was all fitted and looked amazing. To top it all up John also got my car to be washed by the car wash which was on the same road free of charge. Your the best John!This is the only place I trust my car with and I can't recommend it enough.

Five stars garage by owner John.Some one hittied my bmw 5 series badly while car parked, it cost nearly 5k to be repaired.John gave me two options when I visited he's garage, the first if want to pay in cash and sorted out without insurance involved. The second John referred me to speak with a guy called Colin to deal with the insurance claim.To be fair claim against the insurance was the best option as they sort the claim out within 30min and sent me another vehicle to drive on the insurance cost! The vehicle was Mercedes benz 22 plate.I left my bmw in MCR (John garage) to be fix.I can't tell the quality job and the friendly staff over there.Thank you so much John you are the best. ❤️Highly recommended, don't panic speak to John straight away.

Andy and his team at MCR were extremely friendly and helpful with giving me a quotation. My car was hit(hit and run) and they were really helpful and even provided a free fitting service for my door handle to temporarily get me back on the road. You really can't find helpful trades like this nowadays so I really appreciate it. Will definitely use the service and recommend in future

I went to visit John thinking my car had an electrical problem - he helped me figure out what the issues were and I didn't need anything doing in the end. After a car reversed into me and smashed the side of my car, I wasn't sure how to deal with it.Then I remembered that one of my friends had recently had his car repaired at Manchester Car Repairs and was extremely happy.In called MCR from the scene and sent some images. I was sent a comprehensive estimate via email within minutes.Due to the cost we decided it would be claim against the person who drove into me.Within a couple of hours my vehicle was collected and a courtesy car provided.I was continually update over the next few days about the progress of repairs.My car was repaired within a week or so and valeted prior to being returned to me.An exceptional level of service from without a doubt Manchester's number one accident repair centre.A big thank you to John and his team.
