Ciaran & Duncan couldn't have been more helpful when there was a delay to being able to get my original order out the door that was out of their control. Purchase made online. Was spare parts for a component on my boat. I called up for advise to check I was getting the right part. The gentleman at Vision Marine took details and went away to research to confirm I got the right part. Placed my order and it arrived in less than 24 hours from when I placed the order! Part fitted and it was the correct part. Recommend and would use again. Good job Vision Marine.

Having spent months researching the Simarine Pico I finally got around to purchasing. I’m no expert electrician but the guys at Vision have been absolutely outstanding in their support and have been available at every step of the way to aid with the installation. I've been away, so wasn't able to accept the UPS delivery first time around. However, the Vision Marine team were extremely helpful in rearranging an alternative time. The delivery has now been made (I'm still away) and I'm confident the parts I ordered will be fine.
