Excellent piece of kit. HOWEVER, had great difficulty getting it to work correctly. Close reference to the written instructions was essential. These turned out to be difficult to interpret correctly. We were repeatedly wrong. This document would benefit from careful editing to achieve greater clarity. So would all your customers. Excellent piece of kit nevertheless.

It seems very expensive for what it is but it is certainly the same as the original which I was concerned about.It’s not fitted yet but is on standby as the old strap is on its way out

Excellent service from Swiss-Store!Strong laptop bag with 2 big compartments and 2 or 3 smaller zipped compartments as well. Plenty of room for laptops and documentMy order came promptly the next day without any problems . When I rang to confirm some information regarding the order, the lady on the phone was very helpful ( and I did not have to wait ages for my call to be answered).
