Kwik Fit - Peterborough - Bourges Boulevard

I was booked for Kwik Fit - Peterborough- Maskew Avenue, that's what my email confirmation says. Then I went there just to be told that it was a system mistake and they couldn't and wouldn't do it. Then I been told to go Bourges Boulevard. Only this was already a really bad service. Then when I got to Bourges, they said I wasn't booked there either but they would try get done. So they did. But I have to pick my car up next day which was Sunday and it really messed up my weekend.

Excellent customer care from Andy and your technician was brilliant too. Absolutely no feedback! Perhaps the Internet could have been better as I was working from there and struggled with it getting disconnected frequently. Overall a completely hassle - free experience!

My appointment indicated my vehicle needed to be with you for 8:30 not convenient with school run when I arrived I was told my MOT was booked for 10:30 or 10:45 after which the interim service would be done.It would have been helpful to know the MOT time in advance as I had to rush to get to the appointment before 9am and had to call ahead as I was running late.When Kwik Fit did my rear springs and even fitted a tyre previously the whole set up was different and in my opinion better. Staff definitely were better I was called and kept informed. This time I had to call and when I did was made to feel as if I had intruded as they had not done the service yet.What had happened to your service????

The manager's diary was oversubscribed with work in the hour (last Fri 12noon) of my booking whilst he:1. had to supervise and intervene with trainee mechanics throughout2. continued to help (and complete jobs! ) with 3 lots of walk-in customers while he stopped working on my vehichle3. All male walk-in customers were called 'mates' while I as a female was being totally ignored4. The fitting was booked for 1 tyre, he wanted to fit three! Around 1.45 I tried to explain having to go to into the workshop that I am unhappy as I was told my fitting would take 30min. He became very rude and interrupted...I am sorry but there is no excuse for favouring male customers and treating females as unequals. He was wholly unprofessional in his dealing with me, his communication, the work and the fitting.My husband had both our cars done with Kwikfit over the last 25years but I will now start to use another company in the future.Thank youBenita McLachlan

Good quick service, had a flat tyre, the costs were explained beforehand. Staff were polite and helpful.

Very disappointed with the service here. Car was booked for a service and mot. The man carrying out the service left before doing my car as he was ill. I have no issue with this but they phoned to tell me my car was ready and only disclosed that it hadnt had a service when I asked if there were any issues. Was not offered another date for a service. Won't be going back.

Great Team from the Manager to the staff.Professional and courteous all the way through.Best kwik fit in Peterborough by a long way.

Job took nearly 3 hours due to a number of issues not really updated had to keep chasingNot only that when i put the aircon on it was still blowing warm air.Response when i questioned that was its a warm day so it will be warm.
