I'm not a patient (I have a eyewear shop) and a set of my lenses got delivered to E Megafu by mistake I got a phone call from a very nice lady that told me this and they will send them to me 1st class recorded which I received the next day ...Thank You!If they are this pleasant to me I am sure they are just as nice to their own clientele!

Sherry was very lovely, didn't have the right glasses for my massive head but she helped me out and was very polite and took my number in case a pair comes in. Very pleased.
