I have to do my nails today at the Treat Wimbledon Shellac hands and feet.The place was so dirty it seemed they didn't clean their working surfaces at the end of every day, the dust everywhere dirty sofa, chairs and even the sensitizers were dirty!The guy who did my toes was so courteous polite, and did a good job, while the girl with short hair who did my hands was so rude, tough and rushed with very poor communication.It wasn't a pleasant experience…. Will certainly not go back again being a medical doctor who is concerned about others' health.

Had my nails done by a female staff who did a halfhearted job. She was in such a rush to cater to whoever, and my nails didn’t look great. Very quick to get you off the seat and pay asap. If they’re not willing to serve certain customers and offer great customer service, they should either delegate to another colleague or say they’re full. Definitely not returning.

I came here for the first time a week and a half ago.The guy that did my nails wasn't friendly at all and he didn't smile once, hardly even spoke.He tapped my hand everytime to let me know I should put it in the machine (gel),He patted my foot quite aggressively when he was giving a massage"He hurt the side of my big toe and made it bleed and not once did he ask if I was OK.He hardly took any hard skin off and the nail varnish on my toes came off after 1 week.Even before that

Really accommodating opening hours, on-day and walk-in bookings and by far the quickest service I’ve ever received. I had a standard mani and pedi done at the same time - one person working on my hands and another on the pedi. Total turn-around time 1 hour including sitting for 20 min with the nail dryers. Thank you.

So lucky to have this gem accross the street from me. First place in london where getting my nails done hasnt been an awkward, self conscious experience.The staff are friendly, communicate with you and do a great, meticulous job. Love it and will remain loyal to this place.

Most of the staff is really fast and efficient.Very accommodating when you don’t have appointment. I probably never go pic time, but worse case they ask you to come back in 1h.I do SNS.

Amazing customer service, they re-done my daughter's nail again without charge as the first set of chrome polish disappeared within a day of having them done. Thank you for a great service. Communication via email could be faster and more informative.
