Highly recommend velo Clinic. It was recommended to me and it still massively exceeded my expectations. Callum took a great deal of time and care to understand my needs. Spot on and with out doubt 10/10

I never thought a bike fit could improve my comfort on my bike until I had a bike fit with Callum at Velo Clinic. Callum took some measurements from points on my body and was able to obtain data that showed I needed some adjustments to my bike and cleat positions on my cycling shoes. After the bike fit I did a 50mile ride the following day and as soon as I started riding the position on my bike was much improved, I felt like I had a new bike, the difference in comfort was amazing! I had a Retul bike fit with Callum back in April 2021. The only reason for leaving this long was forgetting to do it sooner and of course wanting to ensure the differnces I felt on the day stayed the test of time.Suffice to say as others have mentioned, Callum is excellent, he clearly knows his stuff and he loves what he does - making you feel very at ease during the process.If you are looking for someone to set up your bike correctly to avoid injury and/or pain, I can recommend Callum without hesitation

A Retul bike fit with Callum is a must have for anyone suffering from discomfort and/or pain on a bike. I had a TT bike that was unrideable due to discomfort, but after Callum worked his magic it is like a different bike. Everything feels in place and comfortable. The experience was extremely in depth and personalised and well worth it. I got a second bike fitted at the same time for a very reasonable price. Callum explains what he is doing very clearly and was excellent company for the 3 hours we spent working on my bikes.What I particularly appreciated was Callum's honesty. I had bought a £100 paid of new carbon shoes but Callum was straight up and said they had poor cleat positioning so I'd be better of returning them. He also said I would benefit from getting 2 new stems for my two bikes but then noticed that the stems would be perfect for the opposing bike, thus saving me £50+.

Great bike fit with Callum. He is professional, enthusiastic and very passionate in what he does. Managed to sort my posture out on the bike, time will tell on the long term effects but I am very confident that I will be riding in much more comfort. Would highly recommend.

Been racing and competing regularly on the bike for several years now, but opting for a bike fit was probably the least of my worries until I came about with some injuries around my lower back and thighs. I found out about Callum and his services through a couple of my mates and despite the trek to get to him, I’m very pleased with the outcome! Callum’s a really patient individual with clear intentions to achieve comfort whilst on the bike. I always recognised my setup seemed a bit off but he spotted them right away and once we got to work addressing them and adjusting my bike, the differences were definitely noticeable and pain was reduced quite dramatically. I’ll give it a few days more or less to adjust to these positions but I’m very optimistic so far and would really recommend Callum and his services!*UPDATE - October 2023*I have had multiple sessions with Callum, all of which have always been very positive. Callum is extremely experienced in this field; he has a goal to ensure that progressive changes are made to ensure that a rider's comfort is prioritised, which eventually leads to better efficiency and power transfer on the bike. His experience and knowledge has not only changed my perspective towards the sport, but I've been physically free from injuries since my first visit, gained 25W on my FTP, and started setting new PBs on my TT bike thanks to their support. Callum's services are 100% genuine and I will always recommend their services to anyone seeking a bike fit, whether it's to get comfortable, aero, have custom made insoles, etc. I cannot recommend them enough.

Callum is incredibly knowledgeable, the bike already feels completely different, it is worth every penny :)In addition to the bike fit, I also got all the required measurements for Wattbike and also some mobility exercises to tackle my injury.The actual process was extremely comfortable and Callum explained every single step and change along the way making it a great experience.I totally recommend this to anyone that rides a bike with any degree of effort.

If you require a bike fitter that goes above and beyond then Callum is your guy. I’m an avid bicycle racer always looking for that extra gain and during every fit with Callum we will go through new ways to improve my racing using techniques on and off the bike. I have been fitted by Callum ever since I started riding and the improvements since then have been huge. Highly recommend!

Had a great service with Callum. I gave him the specs of the bike I was looking to buy, and he made me feel comfortable with my decision by setting the bike fit accordingly. Not only that, but I mentioned I had knee issues with running, and he was able to locate the issue and give me some exercises, and it seems to be working!
