Being going to phone fix for a while was happy with the service but unfortunately the screen that was replaced had been depleting my battery and overheating the phone as it was simply not compatible with it. This has now left me with buying a new phone.

Brilliant service !!! The guys that work here are amazing, I would never take my phone anywhere else! Had a mis diagnosis from another phone shop in town who wanted between£120-£150 to mend my phone, took it to phone fix who charged me £20 and also removed all the viruses off for me, first class service , thankyou soo much

I needed a new battery for my Apple Watch Series 5, I live in Poole, these guys are in Worthing, I needed the watch fixed quickly and after a quick email exchange with John, they promised to do it for me, I paid for express delivery, they sent quick post label, I posted it to them on Tuesday, they returned it express DPD on Thursday. Battery works great, no damage, very minor marks around casing to be expected from opening it up, but minimal. truly a wonderful and professional service, much appreciated, highly recommended, will use again.. thanks guys. Great job.

Brilliant service. PhoneFix replaced the battery in my Apple Watch 2 - Apple won’t do it because the watch is “obsolete” and even if they did, they charge more than twice PhoneFix. I used the postal/online service, which worked quickly and very efficiently. Very pleased and I would definitely recommend. No more throwing away devices just because their battery is fading!

This place has been brilliant. Lovely, attentive man fixed 2 broken iPhone screens within an hour for such a reasonable price. It’s been a couple months now and still functioning without any issues. As good as new. I also bought a cable to display my phone on tv screen (iphone to hdmi), he was honest in saying he hadn’t used the product so wasn’t sure of the quality. He asked me to let him know feedback, so here we are: It works great! Thank you for the great service. Will come back for any future repairs.

Walked in, dropped off phone, went shopping, picked it up 90mins later with a lovely new battery and zero damage. Phone is like it was 4 years ago when it was new, Accu Battery reports 100% health.
