Safestore Self Storage Eastbourne

Amazing! Couldn't fault the eastbourne branch. They were very informative with every question asked and very polite. Massive thank you to Ben expecially who got me all set up and helped me throughout my use of the storage unit. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in desperate need.

Good location with easy access both to the facility and within it. The trolleys make it really easy to move things in and out. The staff are professional yet friendly, and very helpful. Getting the contract set up took only as long as it needed to, and Ben was very attentive in helping me select a unit that would meet my cubic capacity requirements as well as my budget. Extending my unit rental was very easy, and the staff were very understanding (and patient and helpful with any questions I had) each time I had to do it (home renovation schedule overrun). Very secure facility, and properly ventilated too: everything I stored there came out in exactly the same condition in which it went in. The opening hours are also very useful if one has to be in-and-out on a frequent basis. Great facility run by a great team. Thanks!

Outstanding service from branch manager Chris. I was delayed arriving shortly before they were due to close, but Chris stayed on an hour late to accommodate, helped unload and saved the day. Thank you!!

Once the contract is drawn, it feels like your unit. Really professional service. I would recommend safestore eastbourne, without hesitation, to anyone.

Very friendly, gave advice regarding the lock up we had chosen saying it’s probably not big enough! They were right. Showed us to lock up. Got me some water as I was very dehydrated as very hot. Wish they had a water machine for others maybe a good idea for the future.
