absolutely terrible job centre in Herefordshire is awful they are meant to help you but really they don't they are a waste of time and for someone who has anxiety and depression they should really stop messing people about like this because they will be paying my phone bill which they have yet again messed up for me a bunch of time wasters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My work coach is a guy named Max , and hes really made this whole process much less stressful and terrifying as i thought it'd be for me and I'm truly glad there are people like him helping people in these times.

Very poor attitude from many of the case workers, no wonder they have to have security teams, its to protect general members of the public from them.Assume everyone is on the take, and claiming when they should not be, which is a breach of their job description.

The job centre isn't where Google says it is, it's at Blueschool House, on the A438, opposite Maylord Shopping Centre. The postcode is HR1 2LX. It takes 5-10 mins to walk there from the address given by Google, through the city centre.The staff have been friendly and helpful. Whether I get enough money to pay my rent and bills while I find a job is another matter.

Iv rang this place three times in a month and every time there is over half hours waiting and they make all excuses up they can they systems down the phones have been down this is not affistant enough.you go in their and they are empty and people sat at desks on computers what they doing playing games on Facebook.

the job centre needs an ATM where unwaged have to sign in every day so as to get them out of bed as lockdown has encouraged lazy kids who will never be able to work in future and hold down a job
