Jump In Adventure Parks: Warwick

My partner went to the men's toilet and felt very uncomfortable finding a woman changing a baby in men's toilet and also heard a little girl in the cubicle not sure why she decided to go change the baby next to men's urinal instead of going with her two kids to women's toilet witch has a changing facilities.

Recently attended a birthday party here with my 3 year old daughter. I must say the blonde lady (didn’t catch her name) helping to run the party did a fantastic job and really interacted with us and the children. She made sure we was having a good time and was on guard to cleanup any mess too. Party food boxes provided were all safe foods (I worry about lollies etc due to choking hazards) but all were great. Slushies, chocolates and pizzas all provided for the kids and adults was really great. Whole place was clean I must say it’s the cleanest trampoline park we have been too. The only downside would be that the session was only an hour and it passed so quickly, by the time we all had a little play and sat down to eat it was time to go home which was difficult to explain to toddlers! If I was paying as a member of the public I would think that their prices are really expensive for just an hour as it’s just not enough. Was also disappointed to hear that they have to be 4 years old to attend the normal out of toddler hour sessions (we was going to pay to stay on after the party). The cafe was expensive too - £2.35 for an oasis or coke. Maybe if they lowered their prices or extended their sessions we would consider coming back.

Great find and fun place for kids and adults .. much closer to Coventry as you don’t need to go to Leicester or Northampton for other trampoline parks !

We have just had a great time at jump in at Warwick and would definitely recommend. Tom was my daughters party host and he was organised and engaging with the children and adults alike.He kept tabs on the children and on what equipment they were on, told us how the party would go, rounded them up when the food was ready.We were absolutely delighted and will definitely revisit.Thank you to Tom who made it memorable.

Joined a birthday party with my youngest - but separately signed up my two teenagers and one of their friends to join separately.I was pretty busy on a Saturday as you might imagine, although everyone had seats (a lot of comfortable benches with a view of the main play area). Despite it being busy it was not that loud - and the music wasn't blaring at high volume - so those uncomfortable with very noisy environments won't find it unpleasant.The behaviour of people/children at the event seemed fine with several staff patrolling the floor to keep things sensible. A parent who had been many times before mentioned that a girl at one of the previous parties twisted her leg and was on crutches for several weeks afterwards - but that it was the only injury he knew about from coming many times over a number of years - hence he considered it a safe place.

3 times ive been @jumpin. Everytime i can not charge my car !! every time i ask a staff member 'can you make an announcement as no one is charging their cars but spaces are taken!!' the staff just laugh and say theres nothing they can do and microphone is broken again!!wont be going back and cancelling kids birthday party at jump in

Took the 7 and 9 year old grand kids who have been before and love it. Numbers booked on are carefully monitored so no overcrowding on the trampolines. Allow 10-15 mins to get checked in, buy non slip socks if first visit and take plenty of water if you don't want to buy drinks. Plenty of seating for non participants in view of the action. Parking is free in their car park or on the road leading to it.The only reason I am giving it a four is the cafe facilities as the cappuccino I ordered was pretty poor in taste and no healthy food options on sale.

Took my 2 young children at the weekend, booked a AM slot, which was great as not overly busy. Kids had a fantastic time and even got a prize for doing a zombie challenge. Supervisors were on hand and even helped the kids with the challenge. All staff were polite and helpful. Price was great as well. We didnt use the soft play area but it looked really good and the under 3s appeared to really enjoy being in the area. Will definitely return

We celebrated our nieces Birthday at jump-in Warwick. The kids had a terrific time in the party room which had mood and sensory lighting. Our littlest nephew is only two and was fully entertained in the soft play area. Special thanks to Frankie our party host, he ensured the kids were safe and were living their best lives.
