Avoid these non registered cowboys, Contracted them to fit windows, a door and cladding above a bay window. Very poor workmanship, sills not level or cut equal, door frame leaks , Cladding looks awful, not straight or even looks like its been done by a professional. Frames not sealed correctly and very poor silicone finish. Brick work removed and left out during install with damage to the lead on the flat roof and bay, of which they tried to disguise. All defects put in writing to Kestral home improvements and had 2 meetings with Alan and there employees to give them the opportunity to rectify there work. They have declined to do this or issue a FENSA or building compliance certificate despite being paid £6200.00. Litigation now pending.Please see report by Blackpool council building control (personal details blanked out due to GDPR). If you have had work done by Kestral home improvements, I highly recommend the work is checked before making any payment.

My old fencing blow out so found kestal home improvements had pvc fencing best choice I made let's see if Mr wind can blow these out.

I highly recommend Kestral.They installed a composite door for us last year and did a brilliant job. Their lads were punctual and good workmen.We have since used them to install a stained glass window and replace fascias.Any snags were sorted out by them within a good timeframe, too.Alan and John have always been decent to communicate with.

Installed/replaced a fence from traditional wooden fencing to uPVC and couldn't be more pleased with the result. Very reasonable cost and a very tidy install.

( I wish other companies lived up to the same high standards). The receptionist, representative, surveyor and installers should all be praised for their professionalism and team work.
