Beautiful place and beautiful accommodation!Literally, no expense spared!Coffee press and nespresso machine with milk frother, comfy sofas and cool chairs and stuff! Very well equipped!Walking distance to the lake, lovely surroundings!

Amazing place, we loved staying at barns lea farmhouse for a family get together. Julian communication was fantastic. And to top it off we had a lovely visit in the mornings from the farms dogs. Thank you again julian we will definitely be back

Fantastic place to stay with great facilities. My marking is more 4.5 with just a couple of things keeping it from being fully 5 star. Beds were great but the pillows were awful and the furniture whilst being nice was not, for me, the most comfortable .
