Absolutely overwhelmed with the help and support from Jess today! I was absolutely devestated when my brand new charm became stuck on my bracelet but she was so so lovely and looked after me 100%! I can’t ever thank her enough! such a friendly atmosphere I loved it❤️

Lovely charms got so much to choose from

Went into store, very quiet no other customers in. Group of staff members gossiping. Came in with my mum. We didn’t need to browse knew exactly what we were getting totalling over £200. Had a list ready to go. But because my mum is disabled with a stick, and I was in my work clothes so didn’t have make up on we weren’t served. The blonde lady pretty much scoffed at us but made no attempt to serve us. We left.and travelled to a store with nicer staff who valued their customers who in turn deserve the money. The total in the end was closer to £300 because the service was so good we got talked into extras! Going to have some happy family members because of the meadowhall branch. Credit to the company. Unlike the lincoln staff.

If you want some Pandora, can't go wrong. Tash is very professional, and helped with any queries I had! Deserves a pay rise!

Almost unbelievable choice & range of exotic gifts & goodies. Wonderful gifts for Friends & Relatives, & treat yourself. Must be seen to be believed. Shop is super stocked with a huge range in such a small space, you will hardly trust your eyes > rainbow colours everywhere!! Wow.

Very friendly staff,nothing was too much trouble for PIP,she works mostly at Weekends.Pip spent loads of time with me.

I visited black Friday, wasn't the day I wanted to go into town as I knew they would be busy. I was sent the wrong product online and they exchanged no problem, I had a gem missing from one of my charms and that was sorted no problem and I obviously treated myself as well, the lady who served me was wonderful and made my visit very easy. Thank you ❤️

Went on a saturday, was busy but quick service. Lovely range of products. Bought 3 lovely items and was served by Erin who was such an angel! So helpful and friendly, a credit to the store!

Absolutely pointless as they don't stock half of the items you can see online. These charms don't take a lot of room up how hard could it be to keep the full range in stock?!

My first ever visit to a Pandora shop, my son wanted ideas for Xmas and birthday so wasn't buying anything. Was served by a lovely young lady I think she was called Savannah tried a variety of jewellery on and said what charms I liked and she wrote them all down on a card for my son. She was lovely and I did end up buying a ring. So here starts my pandora journey.
