When guys came to take off scaffold, they puting ladder on walls covered by new insulation, using flower pots as a step, damage gateway and broked outside pipes what mean owner and family can't use toilet and shower while eastern time. When i've report it with photos, house owner told what happen because boss of company goes there but i i heard only guys not taking responsibility for it. So because i called for them and paid them that's why i should buy new pipes and fix again for my own money. Congratulations for professionalism...

Service was courteous, efficient and considerate. Communication from Dales was excellent and their close co-ordination with the building company ensured that the scaffolding was only up as long as it was needed. Highly recommended.
