Exquisite shop with the most unusual and amazing pieces. The level of detail in the wrapping. The way the items are displayed and the owners were so lovely. Want to revisit at Xmas and see their beautiful.unique items.

What a beautiful shop. So many gorgeous things. The owners are so lovely and made our visit so special. They wrapped our purchases up beautifully and we had a lovely chat. Will definitely go again. If you want some beautiful things for your home or garden or a gift for a friend this is the place where you will find something original and have a lovely experience at the same time.

A little gem. Luckily, I ventured inside; now my regular visit not just to browse/buy, but to talk with the delightful, welcoming owners & most times I visit, I'm tempted by stylish, quality craftsmanship. From mantle clocks, wrapping paper, garden decorations and planters, decorative containers, ornaments, cards,furniture & gifts. The joy for me is that all are unique, tasteful, whilst affordable. It's a haven to browse & absorb in a stylish, calming, homely & friendly atmosphere. I love it, my friend too on visiting was quickly under the spell of Birdsong.

Very nice small shop.. and the owner of the shop she’s a Lovely Lovely woman, friendly and fantastic, she’s with lovely husband.Everything in the shop has been a great, I love the candles, the smell is fantastic and the best likely is a natural without chemicals. Also I like the soap.. another items very wonderful.Should be visited when you go to Bakewell.

The nicest shop in Bakewell. We always make sure we go in this shop when we visit. Beautiful, delicate items, lovely cards and garden items. Not to mention the beautiful silk scarves and handmade cards. Very welcoming, informative and so beautifully gift wrapped. We bought a gorgeous bird bath/table for the garden and some lovely bird fairy lights.

This is the most exquisite little shop that I visited several times while staying in Bakewell. So many lovely gifts were stocked that I kept returning to buy more! The couple who own and run it are enchanting and will happily talk about their products and the historic building they occupy. Definitely worth seeking out if you are in Bakewell!

Visited this lovely little gift shop on a recent trip to Bakewell with my mum and sister. The gentleman in the shop, who I assume was the owner was so helpful and charming and so knowledgeable about all the gifts, the majority of which are handmade. We bought some truly unique gifts . Hope to visit again.
