Good experience, the engineer took his time to understand the problem and fixed it without changing any parts. He had a thorough check to assess that the problem was fully resolved and also made us aware that if the same fault reoccured in the next 6 month they would come and fix it for free. Very polite and helpful. The service is good and well priced. I would happily used them again.

I called Angelina at JT appliances because we had an error message on our dishwasher. Her company came up via a search engine. She offered me a same day appointment with an engineer. He came round with the right part and fixed it in half an hour. Fabulous service and lovely people. Thank you!

Professional, courteous and reliable. Clear pricing and sent the technician next day within a 2 hour time slot. My (Smeg) oven was fixed within 45 minutes and it was like nothing had happened. Definitely will use again, but hopefully won't have to!

I have had the pleasure of having to use this firm twice (successfully) within a week, firstly for a dishwasher and secondly for a washing machine.On both occasions, Val the Engineer was excellent - polite and courteous and completely transparent with regards to identifying the problem parts, together with fix and cost required. Both were jobs completed on the same same - the second one requested and completed same day.I cannot fault the service and highly recommend this team, Val in particular. Always takes care and goes the extra mile with regards to any work required around the fitted units supporting the appliances - with no complaints.

Absolutely brilliant company. The engineer came out on the same day and advised as needed to order a part for my fridge/freezer. He came back as soon as I had it, fitting me into his schedule. Great engineer, fast and responsive service. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Asked them to repair my fridge after we agreed on a price but decided to leave instead without any warning. We offered him more money but still wouldn’t fix the fridge even though it was the agreed price. Online it says diagnostic costs £35 but we were charged £48 which is the price for a repair on the website. Unprofessional behaviour and overall bad service.

Found JTService repair company on Google,at first I hesitate to contact but I needed my appliance repaired ASAPEngineer arrived on time,take time to diagnose the fault approximately15-20 min and further 20 min to repairThey charged only £63,00 including the part and one year guarantee.I am so grateful for service and recommended all my Family and friends.Engineer was polite, professional, take care of my looking and quick.Also I arranged to repair my fridge for next week look forward to it and leave a feedback after engineers visitOne happy client

What an amazing company. Wholly reliable and professional. So many others don't even return your call. They came the next day as promised only charging £48 for the diagnostics. Other companies wanted £135 plus VAT. Angelina who took my call was so helpful and a lovely person. Please dont go anywhere else. There is no company better, cheaper or more reliable.Rachel Albert

Their enginers are absolutely rubbish. One of engineers came to fix my washing mashing and he changed a part and he tested the machine and he said it’s done. So later on that day we started the machine to wash some clothes and after 30 minutes it shut down completely. And it tripped the power. I called them and asked them to send an engineer the lady on the phone said that the engineer says it my have blown the PCB board and that it won’t be beneficial to fix it so they agreed to refund me the Labour work. But they didn’t agree to refund me the money about the part that they installed even that was the reason that the pcb board burned. I called another engineer and he found that the part that he changed he made a wrong connection and it blow the PCB board. So please stay way from this company they are cowboy company they are rubbish at their job.
