Absolutely perfect, my son had his first ever hair cut today, he's 3 and had very long gorgeous curly locks, really cute but we had to brave getting it cut as it was getting in his eyes, we were nervous at first as it was his first time and me being a mum was emotional having his first hair cut, but they done his hair perfect, and they understand that we wanted to keep some of his hair as a memory, the bloke that cut my son's hair was a young lad and was so understanding and caring towards my little one, and he done a fantastic job on my son's hair, thankyou for making my son's first ever hair cut so memorable and happy ☺️ definitely recommend x

I will kot be going here again. I've never had a hair cut before where I left feeling so beaten up, in the time the boss had cut nearly 3 people's hair I was still having my hair cut. Nearly an hour for a mid skin fade, he asked if I wanted a beard shape up, I agreed before realising the cost, I thought well I have a wedding to go to tomorrow which I told the barber so I thought he would do a good job, apart from the cuts and blood and pain he also cut the beard so high im embarrassed to be seen in public.I have left unsatisfied and rather then complain I just wanted to get out and never go back, I feel embarrassed, hurt and for the first tike left a barber shop with blood. The boss man needs to lose this guy because he's aggressive and lacks compassion. DONT GO HERE

We took my little brother here for a haircut. They didn’t disinfect their blades and it’s caused him to have worm rings. When going to confront the man who did it he blamed it on food when he got these cuts on his neck by those blades. These things have been growing on his neck now for like 2 weeks. I’d be very wary taking yourself or your kids here.

I took my 2 young boys to Figaro's barbers the one by old argos high street. Their haircut was amazing they took their time what a professional team a little price it cost £25 for both but very much worth every penny the place was spotless and modern and stylish with up-to-date technology and very confident seats the only slight problem I had was the language barrier. So I had to show him a photo of what I would like and after that, there was nothing to worry about. Will definitely use it again..

I always go here as they don't judge my psoriasis and they are always friendly and give my hair the cut it needs

It is a chain of barbers with 5-6 stores in the City of Swansea in South Wales.The owner together with his twin brother run all these shops and they also excellent barbers.All stores have an excellent atmosphere and you feel nice when you go there for a hair cut or beard trimming or special face treatment for men. Figaro's barbers are highly recommended, visit a shop if you are in Swansea.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! If i could leave a 0 rating I would. Went there this morning for a straight forward #1 all over with beard trim and shape. My head and beard has been left with patches and as far as the shave goes one of the most painful things I've ever experienced. My neck is half done and red raw. I had a body/face scrub applied & used as a shaving soap (no I didn't ask for a face scrub) and I got charged £25 for the privilege. My face & neck was burning too badly to protest so I paid and literally ran out the door. I couldn't get out of there quick enough. I'm now sat in another Barbershop getting a proper job done.#NOTE# If your going to employ someone at least make sure that they know what their doing!

Very friendly atmosphere and very professional staff. My Son had his hair cut by Kalvin who done a great job. Thank you Kalvin.

Don't GO or Beware of Frauds!I did my haircut here. I asked for normal haircut, which cost 10 pounds. But the they suddenly shave for me but I didn't ask for and I don't have beard. Eventually, my skin redness a week after shave service and I cost 15 pounds, which is 50% expensive than normal haircut. Is it a kind of frauds.It gave me a really bad experience to me and my girlfriend. We really don't enjoy it. The shopkeeper should know who are we. We can only cash since their POS are out of service. I have to run to ATM for cash, cost a lot of time.

Sat for 20 mins, 2 workers 2 customers yet somehow I am not next? The person who walked in after me is next Joke lost a customer for life I'll be off to Johnny blades instead I think
