Honestly been here for about 6 years now and it isn't what it used to be. Had a male nurse tut at me and get aggressive in his tone half a year back for me asking for more then one thing during a appointment. Now today a receptionist had the cheek to ask in a judgmental way on why I needed a sick note. Considering I have ptsd with major mental health issues. I shouldn't have to defend myself on the phone especially to someone with such a judgmental attitude who isn'teven a health professional. Wouldn't recommend they make you travel around three different doctors all 30-45 minute walks away just to get an appointment.
