Chose the car online, and the deal went very smoothly. The car was brought over to Scunthorpe from Hull as I was going to be with my son there, and everything was ready when I arrived from Scotland. The part exchange was very easy, and the new was delivered to my home and the old one taken away. Apart from the inevitable cost, a very easy way to do the deal.

This was the first time I've brought a car and the team made it the easiest transaction and it was absolutely seamless from the off.I had the pleasure of having Jack as the sales assistant looking after my purchase and he made everything clear and kept in communication with updates. I spent time car shopping and visited Lincoln branch and found a car I liked but it was at the Scunthorpe branch. I called them and asked if I could come and look at the car that evening. They showed me the car and I test drove it but as it was my first used finance car I wanted to make sure so I said I would let them know. The next day I confirmed I would come up at the weekend and allocated a time. On the day Steve went through everything thoroughly and confirmed pricing and other products I added. I went through my bank for finance but had to wait for it to be confirmed as it was the weekend Steve reassured me that the accounting team would confirm if the money had gone through that day, unfortunately it didn't but Steve notified me of any updates and I was able to pick the car up on Monday. Very happy with my purchase so far, I have only a few days but happy with the service and communication.

Very happy with my new car, we came in for a look at a mini which so happened to not be at the Scunthorpe site so we went to ask the staff for advice. Garry was so nice, he asked what I was looking for from a vehicle no pressure just allowed us to look at our own accord and we test drove the Mazda which was such a smooth drive.. moments after happy custom signing our documents to take the car home :). Staff were funny, welcoming and would recommend motor depo!
