Rude and unprofessionalI’ve called to inquire about a property and a very amused girl (like she was in her annual leave not during working hours) answered the phone saying to hang on a minute and the second after I was speaking by myselfAt the beginning I thought she’s gonna place my call on hold or something but no, she simply pressed the end call buttonIt seems like they are not interested in selling properties so I won’t call again

Staff have very little people skills. Will not take accountability for any actions or help with any queries without being condescending will no doubt about it hound you for rent!

DO NOT USE!Hampshire heights provides false information,The information given on property's does not reflect what they are offering on adverts.First theydon't show up. Then price changed,then dog not allowed even though the advert says completely different it's a jokeGood luck using these agents.

To whom it may concernMy partner and I decided against attending the viewing of Theobald Street today due to the awful and downright rude manner your agent responded and reacted to her over the phone yesterday.Despite having to ring back twice after the initial call to inquire over the availability of the property- all she got back in return was to be placed on hold without warning for what seemed like eternity until she cut off and called back, only to have the same man she was transferred to mumble, hastily say incoherent things and slam the phone on her abruptly. His name starts with R.This left her with a very upset and disappointing feeling.Not a very pleasant experience at all.

Rude staff, enquired via Zoopla and had no pleasure in talking to Raphael? Blunt on the phone, rude on email. Lucky that the property isn’t what we are looking for right now. Always read reviews before using any agency. Glad I will never use these ever again!

Highly professional and recommended manging and letting agents. They make every effort to deal with every issue promptly and to keep the properties in good condition. Their monthly reports are unique and provide the landlords with peace of mind that their properties are well looked after.
