Timpson Locksmiths and Safe Engineers

The keys they cut me were the wrong gauge, activated the anti picking device on my door and I had to call a locksmith to get it sorted. DON'T get keys cut at Timpson, go to a real locksmith.

Abysmal. I dropped a couple of pair of shoes for minor repairs and was told they'd be ready the following day. Upon my return, I found out that neither had been fixed. The first pair was left untouched, because the person who was meant to repair them supposedly could figure out what was wrong with them from the notes left by the person who I left them with. As for the other pair... They melted the heels off of them!!! I was told repairing them could take up to two weeks. I didn't expect anything spectacular, considering my previous experience with another Timpson branch, but this really was something else. If anyone knows a reliable place in Oxford where one can get their shoes repaired, please share - will be much obliged. In the meantime, avoid Timpson if you can. You've been warned.
