Jane Murray Sports Massage Therapy

I always use Jane when in need of this kind of treatment. She's very knowledgeable and great at what she does!I do alot of running and she always tailors the treatment and advice towards getting the most out of this.Wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to anyone thinking of using her.

I always feel SO much better after treatments with Jane (physically AND mentally), she has given me a wealth of advice, and has prescribed various exercises for my rehabilitation. She has extensive knowledge and expertise and is very friendly and reassuring. I'm very happy that I found Jane and am having treatment with her alongside Pete which is a great combination for me. I aways look forward to sessions with Jane. I really wish I'd found her sooner! Very grateful for all the help and advice she's giving me. Can't recommend highly enough!! I have found Jane to be a very professional and knowledgeable sports massage therapist. She makes you feel at ease and works out a programme of massage supported by exercises to do at home. I would definitely recommend her!

I have been to seen Jane on a number of occasions over the last couple of years - her sports massage is extremely effective and sorts out all those niggles that you pick up. She is knowleadgeble, friendly and able to offer advice about injury prevention.Her lympthatic drainage massage is amazing, reducing swelling and getting rid of toxins from the body.The sports massage is very effective - despite it leaving you battered and bruised you feel so much better afterwards !!!!!Highly recommended.

I have no hesitation recommending Jane, she’s fantastic! I attended recently following a car accident, with a focus to get me back on track and able to return to work asap - which she has done. I have had various therapies for injuries in the past and she is by far the most effective, engaged, professional and refreshingly personable. She takes every effort to tailor the sessions and her advice to you. Without her support and treatment I don’t believe I would have been able to return to work or my favourite pastime, hiking, as quickly as I have. I’m one happy customer!!

Jane is amazing!I went with sciatica, which jane quickly sorted.she is now working on my lymphatic drainage system.
