Having recently purchased an arrangement of flowers for a friends 70th birthday, locally to an address in Shepshed I was discussed to here that a number of flowers were dead by the following day. Apparently, not only dead but we’re stinky as well.It would seem that the were left on the doorstep when delivered, even though there were a number of people in the house. The husband when he complained on these issues was met with rudeness and very little remorse for these issues. Needless to say I for one shall not be using this business again.

I really can't recommend them enough. I arranged for a hand-tied bouquet to be delivered to my friends' house. Frazer spoke to me on the phone, gave great advice and helped to narrow down our options to a suitable selection of flowers and greenery. He also took into account that the flowers/greenery had to be pet-friendly.The cost of the bouquet and delivery were very reasonable, I paid over the phone, and less than 24 hours later the bouquet was delivered. Frazer delivered it personally, ensured that the delivery was contact-free (important under the current circumstances) and took great care to ensure that the flowers and greenery weren't spoiled in the rain.Thank you again for your kind and exemplary service.

Ordered all my flowers from bloomin marvellous for wife's funeral they are beautiful my daughters loved them thanks for everything.

Would not recommend ordering bouquets of flowers from here. I was bought a bouquet of fresh flowers for my birthday from here which cost £40. Within a week the flowers were discoloured and half dead! I have looked after them well and had flowers last much longer from other florists and supermarkets. I contacted Bloomin Marvellous to give them feedback of how disappointed I was that my flowers had died within a week. I unfortunately received a response showing just how poor their customer service is - ‘our suppliers only entertain credits with 48 hours of purchase so unfortunately there is not a lot we can do’. This is disgusting that this is the response I received, and that they think it is acceptable for my flowers to have gone like this within a week of purchase.

Nice flowers but delivered the wrong flowers and wrong card as received someone else’s. This was explained when queried with the owner but no apology or compensation provided. Not great customer service when things go wrong on their end, so would not recommend.

Called up ' Blooming Marvelous ' to order flowers for my Mum's birthday today, and living in London, I was a bit apprehensive especially not seeing them in front of me, so I chose them on the website, from the call to the delivery was superb and lovely bouquet of flowers. Thank you

I've always been very pleased with the flowers I've had from here over the years. Has a good range of flowers, priced to suit all budgets. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are happy to give advice when asked. And local, so very handy for Shepshed residents.

i ordered these flowers for my mum and dads anniversary. they cost just short of £50. Nice flowers and very colourful. down side to this was. Not worth the money, didnt last over 4 days and they were left on the doorstep and driver left them there. it clearly says on the door please wait for them to answer. not happy

Always had good quality flowers from here, really polite and helpful, would highly recommend.
