Fantastic. Absolutely wonderful staff and bright, clean centre. I've only been twice but I'll be going back every three months. I had a trainee take my blood this time and it went smoothly, they clearly have a fantastic training program. Quick and easy process with pleasant staff in a calm environment.

Very friendly staff helped in defusing the slight nerves I had with it being my first blood donation. Turned up around 40 minutes early to my appointment and unexpectedly ended up getting seen to just as I was about to sit down in the waiting room. In all, a very quick experience. The staff were very informative on what the process entailed too. Definitely makes me feel happier about returning here to donate in the future. Choice of biscuits were on point also!

Excellent facility, administration and exceptional friendly, professional, skilled staff. The high standards during COVID challenges continue. Convenient, well lit parking. Better than a spa session - with free drinks and snacks in a luxury astronaut chair, Ieave feeling spiritually refreshed.

Have been a few times now donating blood and more recently platelets. From walk in to walk out, all staff are very friendly and clearly very good at doing an amazing job. Easy 5 star.
