I was sold a car with a known fault, was told the car had been inspected by his mechanic and reassured multiple times it was just a exhaust heat shield rattling when infact it was the clutch and flywheel that needed replacing. this is going to cost over £2000 when I tried to refuse the car I was told to use the third party warenty provided with the sale. they have refused the claim as clutch is not covered. So now I'm left with a car I cant refuse unless I take it through a small claims court. so thankyou for the lovely purchasing experience and others be warned. this guy is a proven liar and will sell you a car with a fault and assure you he only sells the best cars. clearly not the case. having had the car inspected by skoda there is nothing wrong with any of the exhaust heat shields just the clutch and flywheel.

Avoid this dealer he has no intention of fixing faults a day after the car was purchased from him. We brought a car that the day after we realised that sometimes when putting in reverse it went forward. He had no intention in helping us resolve the issues just fobbed us off with the warranty which wasn’t worth the paper it was written on. His cars are beautiful to look at but be careful what’s going on underneath. He a good talker beware of this dodgy man.

What can I say, after dealing with other dealers who just seem to want your cash, Josh was a breath of fresh air. The car I brought was finished to a very high standard and what really put this company number 1 in my book was the customer service, Josh made sure I had received all emails regarding DVLA, warranty and invoice before I left and threw a coffee in for good measure..think I've found my new car dealer.

Very professional and excellent service throughout, josh was on hand with either quick replies to any questions i had by text or you could call him anytime.with the hand over he was very thorough with showing me every element to the car making sure i was happy with every before we completed all the paper work.I highly recommend Gotham bespoke to anybody, thank you again i appreciate all your work.
