Have only ever needed their services now and then, but I'm still remembered, and they are always very helpful.

So helpful and got my dinosaur of a lap top working really well. Was also able to help me with an email problem over the phone. I'd strongly recommend their services.

My computer stopped working and I took it North Riding Computers for repair. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and customer service. The repair was completed very quickly and I had my computer back up and running within 24hours, even though spare parts had to be ordered and delivered by a courier. Throughout the process I was kept updated by telephone, with a full explanation of the fault, what was needed to fix it, and the cost. The repair cost less than I expected. Fantastic local service. The shop is easily accessible with parking outside. I would highly recommend North Riding Computers for anyone with computer problems, or anyone whose computer needs a service (desk top computers do need servicing as the fans attract lots of dust into the tower!). It's important to support these small independent businesses as they often offer a far better service than the big franchises, and without having to travel miles.
