Screwfix have now changed the way you order, all by touch screen, so much easier. Also cut's down on paper pencils, I think it took me no more than 5 minutes from ordering, to collecting my items. Staff were friendly & helpful great service.

Not happy with the pride flag that’s hanging in the store. On the ONE day we celebrate our veterans do you hang a veteran flag or something celebrating them? No you don’t. I’ll be getting what I need from someone else from now on.

Generally ok but customer service could be better by reducing wait times. Just been in, one late Saturday afternoon, only one person serving and she continued having a personal conversation with the customer she had just served. She said she didn’t know him but claimed he was a veteran, as if that was somehow meant to justify it. Seriously? Another younger chap who had just been serving a customer simply walked away. And walked past several times. Wow, totally ignored. Huge staff training required in this branch, Screwfix. Unimpressed.

Excellent Service As Always. All I required were a few Bolts, but was unsure how to measure it. The Staff Member didn't have a Name Badge other than Trainee. However he spent some time in doing so, but managed to find the exact size I needed - I'm sure they can do without people like me coming in to the Store leading up to a Bank Holiday with something so trivial. However they delivered the goods!!
