Fountainbridge - iQ Student Accommodation Edinburgh

Ive been living here for 2 years now and I can absolutely say it is a very good accomodation. The staff are very helpful and friendly; they put on alot of events for students who live here such as movie nights, international nights( were you get to taste worldwide dishes of the international people that live here), coffee mornings, game nights and a lot more. There is a gym on site which is very handy for those who are enthusiastic about excersing. There is also a good study area for students and a social hub with a ps4 and a pool table

I love this student accommodation very much, the receptionist and maintenance Alison, Kate , Michelle and Charlie are both very enthusiastic and happy , they really helped me a lot and easy to get along well with. They taught me some new words like are you kidding me and call me Cheers! We are good friends, I really love it. So I would like to Highly recommend this accommodation ! I really want to live there forever . We are all good friends now and I love talking to them everyday.

What can I say about this lovely place. I have lived in some student rooms before and I not like. At my home now in IQ Fountain I feel so safe and happy. I can have friends here and we can watch movies and play games in the big social room. My home is so lovely and clean and I feel special here. The staff say hello all day, keep our parcels and also print work for us which is very helpful, they look after everyone. I really have a place in my heart for Alison, she has been very supportive to me. I was having a difficult time and she helped me feel better and see happy times. She would make me tea in her office and we would sit and talk. I love iQ and wish I could stay again but I need to go back to China. If I come back again I will visit the staff here. Really nice place to stay here for studying, convenience location and lovely stuff. Sharing flat is good as well. I met my lovely roommate and we had a clean kitchen and living room as well. Very closed to the city centre and so many stores nearby. I love IQ student accommodation so much!! Leaving here today. I will miss you so much. Thanks for everything IQ

It is a nice place to stay for student. Bus stop is not far and it is conveniently located. The studio flat is equipped with stove, microwave and refrigerator

Ahmad is an absolute gem at IQ Fountainbridge! From day one, he's been incredibly helpful and attentive. Whenever I've had an issue or needed assistance, Ahmad has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is resolved promptly. His friendly and approachable demeanor makes communication a breeze, and he's always willing to provide helpful tips about living in the apartments. I truly appreciate having someone like Ahmad on the team – he's made my stay here much more enjoyable and stress-free!

The experience living in IQ Fountainbridge is really nice! The environment is very comfortable. And thanks for Alison, Kate and all the staff who are kind and friendly and provide us such a comfortable living environment!
