High recommend this clinic - in particular, Dr. Barbara. She truly cares about her patients and was incredibly patient with all of my worries and questions. I felt well informed, comfortable and heard throughout the whole process, and always had someone to reach out too if I had questions or concerns. Anaelle and the other nurses were extremely kind and somehow made the scanning less terrible. Highly recommend if you are looking to freeze your eggs. They also have info nights where you can learn about the process so attend one of those if you are thinking about it/ have questions. Again, highly, highly recommend.

I’ve recently visited the London Women’s clinic for a couples appointment, as my husband and I currently seeking to embark on our fertility journey, we’ve visited a few different clinics since then, to compare before deciding our clinic of choice. All I can say is that the team here are doing it right. Everybody is always so warm and welcoming.For context we’ve only had consultation and our consultant was very informative, it didn’t feel like we were being pushed for treatment, which was refreshing. We were then put in contact with our patient care coordinator. No matter what questions we ask her she always gets back to us and even when she’s not in, the team are always there to help.The reception team are also so welcoming and friendly, even when I turned up 10 minutes later for my scan.We look forward to starting treatment with the clinic in November!

My experience with LWC Harley Street has changed my life. For years I struggled with my diagnosis and wasn’t supported via the ‘typical route’. Going there in 2018 and learning about my diagnosis/knowing that when I was ready to pursue treatment I’ll be supported settled years of anxiety.I want to say a big thank you to Dr Lamanna for being so personable and taking time with me. She is well recommended for a reason.I also want to thank Caroline, Maria, Dana and Rute.You are all amazing and have made this experience for me.Hopefully I have some good news for you all soon!

It's refreshing to converse with the team who have a human touch. The team at LWC Harley St are wonderful, friendly, sincere and above all great communicators. My service dog was most impressed.Service is impeccable, clinic is beautiful, clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

We had a really positive experience using them. Everyone we were seen by were really helpful and gave us a lot more information than our GP had given us. Dr Lamanna was really informative during our consultation and gave us information that would help with my PCOS. She prescribed medication that has helped regulate my periods and help with weight loss. We’ve been given 3months to assess how well the medication has worked and the next step on our fertility journey.

Myself and my husband Dylan have had a wonderful experience at London Women's Clinic.Embarking upon a Surrogacy journey is fairly daunting with a lot of moving parts but LWC gave us support above and beyond our expectations.From the first appointment with Professor Macklon, all of the steps were simply laid out to us so we felt in control and informed. The finances were very clear and deftly handled so we never felt ambushed or that any of the invoices were mysterious.We had a particular complicated embryo creation journey as our known egg donor was a family member in the States. While this was fraught with red tape re dispensing medications etc abroad, LWC and especially Prof Macklon went into full problem solving mode in order to hit the target dates for the egg retrieval in London. We were so impressed that they were so positive and helpful to make this happen smoothly.We had a good yield of embryos from our creation cycle and while everything scientific was in place as it should be, our first transfer didn't work... the team were very supportive at this time and worked hard to think about anything we could try to help the second attempt.The surrogacy coordinator at LWC is called Mimi and she's an absolute one-off: caring, warm, organised, diligent and meticulous. She made great efforts whenever we were at the clinic to say hello and make us and our surrogate feel at ease. She made special trips to the clinic for both of our embryo transfers and, together with Dr Macklon and his team (all the amazing warm, and well informed nurses), is the reason we would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic for your fertility journey.So much of a fertility journey collaborating with a surrogate is out of your control but choosing the best clinic makes such a huge difference. We felt special, cared for and as if our potential family was of great personal importance to them.

My husband and I went for a fertility check. Everyone was very nice. The facilities also seemed nice. In the end I was very disappointed with the insensitivity of the doctor who delivered our results. He was pushing IVF even before we knew what the problem was with our situation. They even soon after sent us emails titled IVF costs". It really felt like they just wanted to make money which was disappointing."

Recently had treatment at the clinic. Everybody involved from medical team, to our PCC, nurses and reception have been nothing but amazing.It was nice to know we had the support of everyone while going through something as sensitive and emotional as this. We cannot thank LWC enough!

Honestly so happy with our experience..... been under the clinic since Jan for MOT and retests. Today had a HyCoSy and the team are amazing. So reassuring. Our consultant was lovely and talked me through every step...... very professional and caring... can not rate highly enough.
