Really great service! Booked online for ASAP. Within a few minutes I had an update to say ‘taxi on it’s way’ and then followed by an another text saying ‘taxi outside’ with full details of the vehicle to look for. The ride was smooth and efficient and Malcom was a joy to chat to. FIVE STARS for Goldstar!

My driver waited as our train was a tad bit delayed and arrived way ahead of time as well. He helped me from start to finish with no delays. Booking online was simple and straightforward, I worried at first as I had to pay online - but immediately received an SMS that it's been confirmed as well so it made me feel at ease. Fast and simple. Thanks to my driver from Australia!

Driver was late ( traffic). I missed my train and was actually charged more than usual for the taxi. Not really good enough .( Usually very good) Why charge me more for arriving 20 mins late?

This evening I used Goldstar Taxis for both my journeys to and from Norwich, Both vehicles were impeccably clean and smelt fresh.Both drivers were well mannered and we had very pleasant conversations.I was picked up and dropped off on time with no issues. I will most definitely be using thus service again when needed.

Really quick and efficient, answered the phone almost immediately and taxi was with me in less than 5 minutes. Bearing in mind this was around 3am! Friendly driver, felt very safe.Would highly recommend

I pre-booked a taxi for later on this evening, working on the basis that it's a Saturday and they are likely to be busyThe taxi arrived 10 hours early before I was there. I received the text and attempted to call the office but was left on hold. Eventually the driver called me. I explained I had booked it for 11.30 this evening not during the afternoon. He put me on hold to call the office and never came back to the call. Due to the fact you do not have the option to pay in the car with this company,they had already charged my card. So I paid for a journey I didn't take.I understand mistakes happen, technology can let us down or human error either on my part or theirs is understandable, but the customer service was appalling, to be left on hold for almost 15 minutes before I terminated the call and to be unable to discuss this with the main office is ridiculous.

Really disappointed in this taxi service. Ordered a taxi for my sister, mum and niece.. the taxi man called me and said he was there and he wasn’t so they was waiting out in the rain for 20minuets and still nothing so they had to walk home in the rain and the taxi driver still took money out my account and charged me £2 extra when he’s the one who didn’t show up and I can’t even get a refund. It’s a joke to be honest not happy at all will never be using this taxi service again. Even tried ringing them and all it does it ring no one even answers the phone so don’t know how you expect people to want to book a taxi from you. I’ve defiantly learnt my lesson not to go to you again.

I'm not local, but I needed a taxi to the railway station. I would highly recommend Goldstar Taxis. My driver James arrived right on time and was chatty and really friendly, and he helped me with my luggage too. The car was spotlessly clean and tidy as well. Thank you for a truly 1st class service!

Excellent service. Text saying driver was on their way, on time, smooth drive to Heathrow terminal 5. Helped load, unload luggage and got a trolley too. Nice polite driver, earned a big tip. TGANK YOU
