The level of business that I transacted with Scott Scaffolding was so small, that other companies wouldn’t have given me the time of day.Sam was a gentleman, a pleasure to deal with and punctual to the minute. To add the cherry on the cake, he had the equipment set out and all organised for me to collect (from a well organised and tidy storage depot) and rounded what I was to pay, down, having reduced the price in the first place.He is a businessman who values his customers no matter how small.

For years I painted the windows of my house using a ladder, until my husband bought me a scaffold tower. Then he decided even that wasn't safe enough so he cut it up to prevent me using it! I decided to hire. Found Sam on the Internet and phoned him. Sam came across as a warm human being, kind and professional. He was willing to spend the time to understand what I required. On the day agreed the scaffolding arrived, delivered by a cheery, efficient team of men. They worked well together. There was no bad language - just good natured banter and laughter. They were keen to ensure I was satisfied with what they had done before departing as quietly. smoothly and efficiently as they arrived. I was very happy with Sam's scaffolding (as was my husband!!) and felt very safe when using it. I have no hesitation in saying, that if scaffolding is needed, Sam's your man.

I needed some scaffold boards for a project I am working on. Gave Sam a call and he said he was happy to give me some used boards for FREE!! Felt like I was robbing him! Genuinely lovely guy who went out of his way to help me out with no personal gain to himself.
