I have been using NCB for many years and have always taken for granted the help and support I receive because that’s what all businesses do, don’t they???Well no is the answer to that, I have contacted other businesses that I deal with for other issues and I’m still waiting for someone to come back to me.Tonight (Friday night) I sent an sos as my emails had stopped working due to a full mailbox. I had no idea what to do as deleting didn’t work.Within 20 mins of sending the sos I had contact from NCB telling me that they had sorted my problem for me.I honestly wouldn’t use anyone other than NCB for my online needs.Thanks guys.
